Xcode project with custom clang?

Hi all,

Im fighting to make openmp to work with an osx of project. Im working on 10.9 and 10.10 so official omp is not there.

Any xcode expert that can help me configure a xcode generated project to use a clang build from the clang-omp github?

Anyone tried it?

Thanks

Thanks a lot,

I’ve tried the ‘xcodeplugin’ ideas I found online but I had no luck, maybe I missed something.

On the other hand if I move my work to Linux the codeblocks/makefile thing is even more confusing :slight_smile: Crazy Makefile super structure. Im used to xcode or qtcreator for linux.

in linux you can just do:

CXX=custom-clang make

should work in osx from the console too

Thanks a lot!
I actually compiled it on Linux :slight_smile: but if I could do it within xcode it would be easier!

So is it better to try the makefile on OSX with CXX or is there a way to hack the xcode project file?

for the record:

PROJECT_LDFLAGS= -lgomp -lboost_system -lboost_thread -lboost_graph /usr/local/lib/libBulletDynamics.a /usr/local/lib/libBulletCollision.a /usr/local/lib/libLinearMath.a

PROJECT_CFLAGS = -fopenmp

This are the changes I needed from the default makefile. On Ubuntu 1404
