window on second monitor

hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before. i am trying to open a fullscreen window on my secondary monitor in XP.

currently I use ofSetupOpenGL(w,h,OF_WINDOW); in main. I am just wondering if there is a way to place the window automatically on the second monitor.
