V4l2 loopback sink

I’m looking into using the v4l2 loopback device as a sink for video (and possibly audio) as a way of passing video between applications in a similar way that Syphon does it. Has anyone tried this or know how to go about it?

@grimus , yes but have you run a successful setup with it ? ( Gstreamer v4l2 sink )
