Using FBO textures as source for ofxFXObjects

I can render a simple rectangle to an ofFbo. I draw the fbo and see that it worked. I can send the fbo’s texture along to an ofxFXObject (let’s call it fx_blur). I can draw fx_blur[0] to see that it has the proper image/texture rendered to the fbo. When I try to draw fx_blur, I get nothing useful. I’ve tried this with several different effects, in many different configurations. An example project that illustrates the problem is available here.

Patricio, the author of ofxFX has helped me here. I was using the progammable renderer (which uses OpenGL 3) and the effects I was trying to use were using GLSL 120 (from OpenGL 2).
