Newcastle University is looking to appoint a Research Associate for seven months on a full time basis to work on the ARHC ‘Children’s Magical Realism for New Spatial Interactions: AR and Archives’ project. Situated in Culture Lab within the School of Arts and Cultures, this interdisciplinary project is a collaboration with Seven Stories the National Centre for Children’s Books and the School of English, Language and Linguistics. The project was funded under the AHRC’s recent ‘Next Generation of Immersive Experiences’ call.
In this you will be working closely alongside Dr Tom Schofield the project’s Principal-Investigator. You will work with Dr Schofield and colleagues in the Digital Cultures Studio, a home for creative digital practice in Culture Lab. The studio is committed to diversity and inclusion and we actively encourage applications across cultures, genders, sexualities and ethnicities.
