Second empty window

Hi,
My application is designed to called by httpd.exe (apache server). When I start the application myself it runs normally. However when apache starts the application a secondary empty window appears. Everything works normal, but there is an extra window, empty. What is this secondary window?

Any ideas? Is this because apache is running as admin?

there is the apache window, the “command line” window of my app, an empty window and the normal window of my app. Why is there a second window?
