Reflection and Refraction (Fresnel) in openframeworks? Can it be done?

Hey everyone!
Two questions, can openFrameworks do reflections and refractions (Fresnel) between objects? (no cubemaps or skyboxes, I’d like for objects to be reflect each other)
Any code or recommended guide?
