Compiling OF in raspbian Stretch

There are currently two options for running openFrameworks on Raspbian Stretch. Both offer hardware accelerated EGL/GLES functionality. The first uses the “Legacy” proprietary Broadcom drivers (brcm) and the second uses the newer open source (mesa) drivers.
