QtCreator 4.2.0 - Source code files not found nor listed

I updated to QtCreator 4.2.0 and, as it happened with previous updates, the source code files are no longer shown, so it’s not possible to compile.
I’ll use 4.1.0 until 4.2.0 becomes the supported one

i’ll take a look asap, thanks for testing it!

just tested this on linux and it’s working fine with master, i’d say 0.9.8 should work fine too since the projects are up to date with latest master i think. which version are you using?

I’m on 0.9.8. Do I have to recompile OF after updating QtCreator? I tried running the qtcreator template install script, but it did not make it work.

no you shouldn’t need to and in any case that would happen automatically. i was asking mainly to know if it was a 0.9.8 issue i’ll take a look but it’ll probably won’t be fixed in 0.9.x since 0.10 is almost ready

Hello,

Similar error here in OSX El Capitan with qtCreator 4.2 and oF098

error : [...] minimumOsxVersion doesn't have a string type

I guess in ofApp.qbs and openFrameworks.qbs files

cpp.minimumOsxVersion : 10.8

should read

cpp.minimumOsxVersion : "10.8"

Also qbs analysis raises more than 800 warnings !

avertissement : Suspicious use of qbs.TextFile during property evaluation. Should this call be in a Probe instead?
avertissement : Suspicious use of process during property evaluation. Should this call be in a Probe instead?
