Thanks for your suggestions in this post, Zach, http://forum.openframeworks.cc/t/video-grabber-run-ok-only-videoinput-lib,but-not-in-of-examp/387/0, at now I’m thinking to buy:
-
PCI: hauppauge win tv go (good results) http://www.hauppauge.com/html/wintv-pci-datasheet.htm.
-
PCI hauppauge hybrid video recorder (analog and digital TV): WinTV-HVR-1600 (pending test) http://www.hauppauge.com/site/products/data-hvr1600.html
-
PCIe : What do you think about ATI TV Wonder HD 650 Combo PCI Express® (pending test) http://ati.amd.com/products/tvwonder650/PCIe/index.html, it’s pci-e tv card…
-
USB: avermedia USB 300 (discontinued) (good results) http://www.aver.com/mpd/ultratvusb300.html.
-
Firewire: Foculus-S (with C-mount lens) (pending test) http://www.aegis-elec.com/products/foculus-s-series.html Foculus FO323SB/SC or Foculus FO134SB/SC, Which camera is better to use to high perform interactive installation? I’m thiking to use high definition to avoid rescale video image and have good precision…or is better fast video acquisition with less image resolution, and rescale after. I was thinking use resolution of projecctor at 1024*768, and all video surface get interactive events (something like multitouch surface of 4x4 meters).
pd: Of course it’s necessary relative Real-time response processing images (Of&Opencv addon processing)
thanks , best regards
