ofxXmlSettings - Add version

Hello everyone.

Anyone know how can I insert this line <?xml version="1.0" ?> at the beginning of a XML document created by ofxXmlSettings? I need that line there and I have checked the XML document from sample and the document doesn’t have that line either.

ofxXML should work correctly and add the line version at the top

@arturo Well I have checked the example from ofXml and the xml document created by the example doesn’t have the line version.
