ofxOculusDK2 transparancy issue (Linux)

Anybody using the ofxOculusDK2 and also having depth issues? Or it might be flipped faces, or whatever as my scene is rendered upside down in the Oculus.

The image shows a simple plane extruded with a sinus (vertex shader) When rendered without the oculus it looks normal, not see through.

I’m running on Linux using the latest SDK, btw. The provided addon example app does work.
