ofxCocoaPlugins - documentation?

I’m intrigued with ofxCocoaPlugins, even though I’m not totally sure what it does. It appears to embed an openFrameworks project into a Cocoa interface. I don’t have any idea on how to use it though, what files go where, what to compile first, what else to add to a project, etc.

I’d love to see some documentation for this, or is this addon not ready for mass consumption yet?
