ofxBox2D and bezier curves

is there any chance to get bezier curves working in ofxBox2D. i would like to create a raindrop with physics. i hacked the ofxBox2dPolygon class and replaced the ofVertex with ofCurveVertex, but ofxBox2D handles it like a ofVertex.
