ofVideoGrabber and isight

hey, i’m pretty new to of and was just playing around with the openCv example. The problem is, I don’t get it to work with my built in isight on a 1st gen MBP. If I try listDevices() I just get “error: creating a channel. Check if you have any qt capable cameras attached”.

Any suggestions? I really don’t know where to go from here…

hi - it could be that your camera is in use by another application.
sometimes you have to restart your machine for OF to see your camera.

can your try this OF project and see if you can capture with it?

thanks for your advice.
The problem was Skype running in the background.

Now everything goes fine so far.
