ofRotate issue when drawing inside framebuffer

Hi i want to draw a brush fbo inside another fbo.
This is working fine with push matrix and translate. But as soon i add ofRotateDeg to it i get a pixel outline on my brush fbo. See on the images.
Without rotation it looks fine.

But when i add rotation it looks like this.

I tried blend modes and disable depth test but always the same result.
If i draw directly the circles inside the framebuffer it works also.
Any ideas?
