ofQuaternion set vs makeRotate


Had a different topic about quaternion, http://forum.openframeworks.cc/t/quaternion-problem–ni-mate-/12297/0 had lil help there.

So trying to rephrase question.

What is the difference between ofQuaternion.makeRotate and ofQuaternion.set ? I’m getting a “likely” rotation with set, but makeRotate seems to be used more in examples and on the internets, although I get very small (incorrect) values from makeRotate.

If anyone can enlighten me about this topic it would be great!
