ofFbo can not be allocated in OFv0.10 when gles2 is enabled

Hello, I am using OFv0.10 for Android. I can not allocate ofFbo when gles2 is enabled like this:

ofGLESWindowSettings settings;

I checked ofFbo with isAllocated() method after allocating. It always returns false.
But without gles2 using typical way:

ofSetupOpenGL(1024,768, OF_WINDOW);

ofFbo can be allocated perfectly. Any idea why this is happening.
