ofEasyCam getTarget problem ...

hi all !!

i’m using ofEasyCam for visualizing a Kinect mesh under OF0.73 …
i’m trying to read the ofEasyCam target :

ofNode node = easyCam.getTarget();

but the values inside this node are always 0.0 even i’m rotating and translating with mouse dragging …
could anyone help me to understand hot to get the x,y,z position of the target of an ofEasyCam ?

i’ve tried with :

node.getPosition().x ... always = 0 ;
node.getGlobalPosition().x ... always = 0;

the thing is that if i do

easyCam.setTarget(ofVec3f(targetX,targetY,targetZ));

the camera shows the correct translation of the target … so
maybe there’s something i didn’t understand arround it ?

Thanks a LOT for any advices !

Is there any other functions you are calling on the easy cam?
This worked for me on OF 0073,

easyCam.setTarget( ofVec3f(10, 50, 100) );
ofNode node = easyCam.getTarget();
cout << "node pos = " << node.getPosition() << " node global pos = " << node.getGlobalPosition() << endl;

output
node pos = 10, 50, 100 node global pos = 10, 50, 100
