ofCamera : how to "target" an x,y,z position?

Hi ! I’m having problems to understand how ofCamera works… I draw a bunch of glPoints that I can see with ofEasyCam but if I use ofCamera I don’t know how to make the camera “pointing” at a 3D position. I’ve got a black screen and I presume that the camera orientation and/or position are wrong.

How can I “target” a 3D location ? Is there an easy solution to achieve my goal ?
