In my project I’m blending a bunch of 2d shapes together with blendmode screen. This works as expected with rectangles and circles. Yet somehow it doesn’t apply to ofPolylines (no fill, only stroke).
Any ideas what’s happening here and how I could solve this?
Update on this one:
ofEnableSmoothing() caused the polylines not to blend correctly. HOWEVER, if I turn it off, all my shapes lose their transparency! What’s going on here?
Solution for now:
Since I’m using blend mode SCREEN and color mode HSB, I can simulate transparency by changing the brightness value. It’s visually identical.
