loadImage() problem with jpgs

Hi there,

small problem: since I switched from version 0.060 to 0.061, I have problems loading jpg images.
(loadImage() returns “false”).

  • when converting the same image to png, it works
  • I’m running ubuntu karmic (64bit)

Is this a known problem? Am I missing some library?

indeed we’ve change the FreeImage version but it’s working for me without problem, can you post an image that you can’t load

I know it’s een created with libjpeg, if that’s of any help…

just tested it and it works for me without problem, i’m also on ubuntu 9.10 64bits but it shouldn’t make any difference since the library for opening images is included with OF
