Libopencv-dev dependency errors

Hi there,
i am trying to install the caffe framework from here. I get the following dependency error.
Although the second command in the link does work but the first one doesn’t .
Following is the error:

sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev
