Kinect + OpenNI driven Tinkerbell FBO Trail


I’m trying to use the ofFbo object to draw a strong trail in the screen (like the picture attached), but at the moment I’m only able to display circles. If I’m fast moving the hand then the circles don’t even form a curve.

I’ve been reading about it and it seems it could be done with shaders?

What’s the best way to achieve that effect?

The particles are more or less working already.
