iPod Touch and screen resolution

I have a 4th gen iPod Touch, which is supposed to have a 960 x 640 resolution, but it’s clear that I’m only getting 480x320 in my OF app (with ofSetupOpenGL set to full screen). Even if I set ofSetupOpenGL to OF_WINDOW, the default values of 1024 x 768 have no effect. How can I best go about getting my full resolution?

Have you activated retina display in main.m ?

int main(){
    ofAppiPhoneWindow * iOSWindow = new ofAppiPhoneWindow();
    ofSetupOpenGL(iOSWindow, 480, 320, OF_FULLSCREEN);
    ofRunApp(new testApp);

Thanks, Dorald. I had tried to enable retina but got some error messages. Your code works, though. So what will happen if someone with a 3rd gen iPod Touch looks at my work? Will it be oversized? I assume there’s some way to provide for the multiple resolutions out there.
