iPhone OpenGL Blendmode

Hey guys, so in a nutshell I’m trying to set the display list to ADD blendmode, however it doesn’t seem to be working in my iPhone applications.
I’m using this code in my draw method:

ofCircle(250, 250, 100);  
glPopMatrix();  
  

It seems to work fine when testing in MacOSX projects though. Any ideas?
