Wow, if they built that into a laptop you could do some basic gestures touch-free. That would be very cool. Watching the video I could imagine a coverflow list scrolling by as you wave your hand.

SHARP IR distance sensors.
I used phidgets API.
It’s very easy. It’s needs to a few settings, and then Just call function.

Is it possible for you to give a little explanation about how to use the phidgets api in combination with OF?

I’m fiddling around but can’t really get the hang of it.
