I realy only want the arduino logic analiser software to debug my tools…
it is written in openframeworks and I only have ubuntu linux. I hace command line experiance but it seems the steps to get it all together using synaptic or apt get could be numbered steps …

  1. apt-get install codeblocks or something…
    without the nightly builds that can be buggy…

have you seen the readme in the openframeworks download? it should walk you through the setup process.

I read the wiki pages on installing in linux.
If it said something about downlod 1,2,3,4 programs and codeblocks using synaptic and apt get uncompress the OF download read the readme and it says put here… and here is how to compile… shure but I didn’t see anything in the wiki pointing to that or what to read first…

did you unzip the OF package?

there is a readme file there that should walk you through the setup.
