How to apply alpha mask with fbo to thresholded image

Hey everyone,

I am trying to apply a fbo mask to black and white thresholded image. I tried to work with the combination of OpenCV, shader fbo and alpha mask examples but with no luck. That I want to achieve is to store the white pixels of the thresholded image from a live stream video and display them on the screen in different time. If someone has worked with it or anyone can provide a relevant example or tutorial it would be great.
