Highgui in Xcode?

I had this in the Xcode section of the forum…

Hi,

I was curious to know how you added the highgui.h header to a project? I’ve been attempting to do it on Xcode, but receive an error when I do so. I’m adding the header file to the include folder for the other openCV file (cv.h etc) and include it in my testApp.h file. however, I get an error stating that:

"_cvNamedWindow", referenced from:
testApp::update() in testApp.o
ld: symbol(s) not found
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Is there more linker stuff I have to sort out?

Cheers
Eoghan

Hey Eoghan,

I had the same problem and i just added the libhighgui.dylib to my project by right clicking on Targets->Desktop Application and then on “Get Info”. and there adding the file as linked library. But i think you need the OpenCV Framework installed on your computer.
