I made the same transition myself a few years ago, it’s a bit tricky, but if you’re into AS3 (vectors, bitmap utilities, etc) then it’s not so hard. You’ll find that a lot of people here have made the same jump and can help with the analogies and getting you over some of the hurdles of C++. One thing I’d definitely recommend is book-marking http://www.parashift.com/c+±faq-lite/ it’s very useful for when you have questions/confusions.
