GLFW issues for multi displays in OF 0.10

I’m not able to handle multiple screens in OF 0.10. due to some missing glfw functions.

In OF 0.9.8 I used something like this:

    int monitorCount;
    GLFWmonitor** monitors = glfwGetMonitors(&monitorCount);
    GLFWvidmode *mode;
    monitors = monitors + 1;
    mode = (GLFWvidmode*)glfwGetVideoMode(*monitors);
    int xpos, ypos;
    glfwGetMonitorPos(*monitors, &xpos, &ypos);

it seems that all of this glfw functions and clases are gone and I didn’t find any issues related with this particular GLFW problems.

I’m lost in Mac OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). Any ideas?

just put #include "GLFW/glfw3.h" also take a look at openFrameworks/libs/openFrameworks/app/ofAppGLFWWindow.cpp so you can check all the rest of the includes, which depend on your os.
