Get fullscreen with extended desktop on windows 8.1

I’ve found a curious trick :

  • I can’t get a full screen app with extended desktop on my windows pc.

I’ve tried

 ofToggleFullscreen();

or

ofSetWindowPosition (0, 0);
ofSetWindowShape(3840, 1080);

but it doesn’t make it.

The trick is

ofToggleFullscreen();
ofSetWindowPosition (0, 0);
ofSetWindowShape(3840, 1080);

windows 8.1
Visual sstudio 12
OF 0.8.4
GC : Nvidia G970M

Explanations or ideas are welcome.

Actually:

If you change the main from

#include "ofMain.h"
#include "ofApp.h"

//========================================================================
int main( ){

ofSetupOpenGL(1024,768, OF_WINDOW);			// <-------- setup the GL context

// this kicks off the running of my app
// can be OF_WINDOW or OF_FULLSCREEN
// pass in width and height too:
ofRunApp( new ofApp());

}

to

#include "ofMain.h"
#include "ofApp.h"
#include "ofAppGLFWWindow.h"

//========================================================================
int main( ){
ofAppGLFWWindow window;
window.setMultiDisplayFullscreen(true);
ofSetupOpenGL(&window,1024,768,OF_WINDOW);
ofRunApp(new ofApp);

}

ofToggleFullscreen() is displaying the app in fullscreen on the extended desktop too.
