Error TRK0005 failed to locate "CL.exe"

I tried this but Visual Studio would just crash. It’s also said that it’s because of the Visual Studio installation. But during installation it would sometimes stuck forever.

So I tried copying CL.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\VC\bin but I got these errors:

What do I do?

Oops, Visual Studio 2015 doesn’t install C++ by default so you need to go to Modify and check C++ in Programming Language with setup.
