Easy 'new empty oF project' creator script.

Hi everyone!

I wrote a perl script for creating a new empty VS 2008 oF project.

Normally, you have to edit and rename some files manually but that script does it all for you : )

You have to download ActivePerl in order to run perl scripts. You can download it here.

Here is the example run:

New_project.zip
