Depth sorting algorhythm for ofNode?

Does anybody know if there’s a depth sorting algorhyth built into OF? Or any good pointers to depth sorting?

I’ve found these in the archives:

I usually use a similar method to the first link and sort on the z axis. I’m not sure why you would want to depth sort on more than 1 axis though?

Because my camera is moving around :slight_smile:

I need sorting on the camera Z-axis (camera depth)

but this is only one axis, right? camera-depth z-axis is one axis is one axis, isnt it?
