Hi all,

Is there anyway to get data from iTunes, like most played songs/artists or date that the songs were played?

(Sorry if this ends up as double post, the forum is choking on me)

Easiest way would be (on a Mac) ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml Same file should be somewhere on Windows.

Thanks for the anwser! I’ve recently discovered applescript and a bounch of tutorials to get data from itunes here:

But maybe it is easy to get them from the xml.

iPhone Backup Extractor allows you to mess with the iPhone backups. Perhaps, you can use that or something similar?
