Compiling and using the Spout addon

Need some help getting Spout to work. My first question is, what is the recommended addon to use? Came across several on github.

My second question is what do I need to get it to compile properly. I have a working CodeBlocks environment, existing Ofx projects and examples compile wihout issue. However, trying to compile the above Spout addon I keep getting missing file errors.

Hey! Were you able to resolve this issue? I desparately need to make spout work and havent found any add ons that work well.

I am getting missing file errors on this one as well.
