Compile error with C++11 enabled

I had a compile error “_popen was not declared in this scope” in ofUtils.cpp with C++11 enabled when compiled openFrameworksLib for the first time.

The compiler setting in CB is “Have g++ follow the C+11 ISO C++ language [-std=c++11]”.

But there was no error when I disabled C++11 support.

I can’t understand the connection between the compile error and C+11 supporting.

Does anyone know the answer?

My environment is

CB : V12.11

OF : V080

Bumping this thread as I’m running into the same problem. Really need a C++11 specific feature in my application. This is a 32 bit Windows 7 build, with the same codeblocks and OF versions as above.

Not on windows but what feature?
