Comissioned help: solids intersection or raytracing

I need to slice some opengl solids in realtime to split in different screens in openframeworks for os x. scenes have animations and 3d models in collada format. I’ve already tried different polygon intersection libraries but some can’t compile and others uses some strange file formats.
I know it can be made with raytracing, possibly using GLSL too.
