Can't compile... "cannot find -lgl"

I’m trying to compile the 'allAddonsExample" and at the end of trying to compile I’m getting “cannot find -lGL” in regards to ‘ld’, but I’m not sure what that is. Any help would be appreciated. I’ve ran the scripts for ubuntu (I’m on ubuntu 32-bit). I’m assuming some library is missing.

-lGL means the linker is looking for libGL, your system’s OpenGL library. Do you have it installed? Look for something like /usr/lib/libGL.so.

Yeah, I got it fixed with:

 sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libGL.so.1 /usr/lib/libGL.so

Yeah I think that was due to a recent update in the repositories…I’m guessing it might be related to the latest Nvidia driver but I’m not sure. I had the simlink working previously and then suddenly it was gone so I had to do exactly what you did.
