BPI specializes in video, media, and interactive design and production. We create everything from gaming to commercials, and participate in all levels of production: marketing to graphics, software to hardware… and everything in between. Some of our clients include:
• Turkey Hill Ice Cream
• W.B. Mason
• The Mob Museum
• International Spy Museum
• National Aquarium
• College Basketball Hall of Fame
• World’s Largest Orangutan Exhibit
• … and many more!
Interested candidates must possess an interest in trying to “break” games, a can-do attitude, and savvy problem-solving skills. You will be mentored by our skilled QA Technician, and work closely with production, software, and hardware teams. Daily activities may include:
• User testing – playing the games!
• Completing test cases
• Bug reporting
• Computer configurations
• Completing integration checklist
• Working with team to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
Qualified candidates should be well-versed on MAC OSX & Windows 7 and later, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps. Familiarity with issue/bug-tracking platforms such as JIRA or Bugzilla is a plus. Familiarity of PHP, HTML, ActionScript, or server platforms is helpful but not required. This is a paid, contract position, and is a great way to learn more about interactive media.
If interested, please send a resume & cover letter, and a recent tech or troubleshooting story to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be creative, have fun… and we look forward to hearing from you!
