AppCode and OpenFramework

#1

I was pleasured surprised to see that the nightly build of OF for OSX works out of the box with AppCode, a jetBrains IDE for OSX https://www.jetbrains.com/objc/.

The xcode project files created with the ProjectGenerator are compatible with AppCode. I’m still testing it, but looks like a good alternative to xcode, especially with the vim mode enabled.

The creators of AppCode make excellent IDEs, and AppCode is way better than XCode for C++/oF development, but it’s extremely SLOW. Autosuggest is slow, syntax highlighting is slow, even typing into the editor is slow (!). Still better than XCode (for C++/oF), but I may need to find yet another IDE… :frowning:
